Stephen Ukaegbu

Business Systems Engineer, Hardware Specialist, Software Designer, AI Automation Developer, ITAD Specialist

I build the systems that move hardware — from the board-level repair bench to the software that tracks, grades and resells every unit.

The overlap

Most engineers pick a side. I work across the seam.

Hardware people don't usually write the software. Software people don't usually hold the soldering iron. Sitting between the two is what makes the tooling I build reflect how the work is genuinely done.

Hardware

Board-level diagnosis and repair. Power rail tracing, rework, and the judgement to know whether a unit is worth saving.

Software

Full-stack systems from data model to shipped interface, deployed and maintained in production, not left at prototype.

Business Systems

Turning an operational process into software that runs it — because I have run the process by hand first.

Have a system that spans hardware and software?

That overlap is where I do my best work — and where most projects get stuck.
